Seascape opened in 2001 and was lovingly designed and purpose built to cater for the discerning
visitor looking for special accommodation on Kangaroo Island.
Set on five tranquil acres in a spectacular coastal location, Seascape overlooks the beautiful 5km pristine beach at Emu Bay,
South Australia. All rooms at Seascape have sensational ocean, coastal and rural views as far as the eye can see.
The design is contemporary, the setting is secluded and the views are breathtaking.
Seascape has three spacious guest suites and we accommodate a maximum of seven guests per night; ideal for singles, couples or
honeymooners looking for luxury, peace and privacy. We also offer sole occupancy of Seascape, ideal for families or guests wishing
to have exclusive use of the property. All suites are strictly non-smoking, however smoking is permitted outdoors.
We provide fully hosted service from the moment we meet you at the airport and packages include accommodation, breakfast, elegant home style dinner and private 4WD island tours.

All tours are on a private charter basis and we specialise in wildlife, bird watching, photographic and hiking safaris.
Our expert naturalist guides have over 30 years experience as National Park Rangers and provide entertaining and in-depth
information on the flora, unique wildlife and history of the island. You travel in comfort and venture off the beaten track
to find wildlife in the wild, visit pristine and secluded beaches and visit areas of spectacular scenery. With tailor-made
itineraries we can cater for any special interests or requests you may have.
