Our three guest suites are spacious, comfortable and welcoming and designed with the special guest in mind. The neutral
décor and furnishings complement the extraordinary backdrop of ocean and beach with minimum fuss and a fine attention
to detail. All suites feature:
King size beds (or King Singles for twin share) luxury linen; private bathrooms with pure rain-water showers,
large fluffy towels and bathrobes, heat lamps, hair dryers, soaps and shampoos; reverse cycle air-conditioning; dimmer lighting;
ceiling fan; sofa; television and DVD. The large glass sliding doors lead onto the verandah with outdoor settings. And for no
extra charge, all guest suites have stunning panoramic views over the beach at Emu Bay and beyond.

Sit on the deck outside with a drink and be enchanted by the mesmerising views, the sea eagles and pelicans soaring above or
the ibis feeding in the front paddock.
Move indoors and relax by the fire in our comfy sofas. Treat yourself to the best coffee on the island from our espresso coffee
bar or make a selection of our extensive range of Twining teas.At Seascape you will feel like our special houseguest.

Seascape’s dining reputation is renowned and only the freshest seasonal produce is used. Dinner is included in touring packages and features Kangaroo Island produce and scrumptious deserts

The choice is yours. Select from home made bread and jams, island honey, fresh
fruits, cereals and muesli, Island sheep milk yoghurt, freshly squeezed juices
and our own free-range organic eggs with wide choice of accompaniments.
